Front Desk Associate $9-13/hr
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, caring and efficient manner. Ask qualifying questions in order to provide recommendations of bowling offerings/promotions that fit the Guests needs. Provide Guests with an experience that exceeds expectations. Accept payment, process credit card charges and make change. Maintain clean Guest reception environment. Maintain safe bowler's area and lanes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Bartender $10-15/hr + tips
Provides timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our Guests.
Welcome and greet Guests in a friendly, caring and efficient manner. Prepare and serve drinks in a consistent manner. Receive and serve food orders. Provide Guests with an experience that exceeds expectations. Ensure Guests safety by adhering to company alcohol service standards. Maintain bar organization in a functional and attractive manner. Maintain safe and clean bar environment. Accept payment, process credit card charges and make change. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Line Cook
Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that all products and menu items are prepared per plate presentation and recipe specifications and that prep, and serving utensils are cleaned to health code standards. This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.
Complies with portion control, quality identifiers, and prep recipe. Stocks the cook line to established par levels. Prepares all food orders within ticket time specifications. Preps and cooks all menu items according to company recipes and standards. Upholds our cleanliness and safety standards, follows all food safety guidelines and standards. Practices label, date, initial and rotate procedures, freezer pull and thaw chart procedures, receives orders as needed. Demonstrates flexibility with special requests and substitutions (allergies, etc.). Properly operates all kitchen equipment, perform opening, mid-day or closing duties, and other duties as assigned.
