Big Night Finishes Off USBC Blue #2 Pattern Segment

 

Leonard Morton rolled a 298 game in game #1 to open a big night of scoring to complete the USBC Blue #2 pattern segment.

His opening honor score got him to a 852 final set and a long way from the lead for the evening.

Aaron Nachtwey bombed them for a second straight week rolling scores of 268-236-244-215 for a 963 set; the second highest score of the year.

Rounding out those over 800 for the night were: Mike Charaus 917, Steve Richter 909, Ben Cleveland 901, Troy Felsinger 876, Paul Gloede 861, Leonard Morton 852 Rudy DelValle 838 and Jacob Mickelson 807.

In all 10 of the 12 who bowled this evening rolled series over average.

For the segment, Steve Richter finished with the highest point totals at 171 followed by Aaron Nachtwey at 158.  Those two are in the lead to receive byes in the second round of the year-end tournament at the end of April.
